Making map experience better
Realtor.com is the digital source for home buyers and real estate professionals, offering the most comprehensive source of for-sale properties with nearly 63 million visitors each month in the U.S.
With map being the first landing screen once users opened the app, we have a great opportunity to enhance the map experience to help our users finding homes from their phones easily.
My role in this project was to lead the end to end experience for iOS, Android, and Website. It included partnering with a Researcher, Product Managers, and Local Data Engineers, and Frontend Engineers.

Cleaning up the look and minimize the clutter to avoid redundancy so users can easily find filter and list view.
Add school layers into the map option so users can see properties near schools that has a great rating.
